Pietro's passion for cooking food comes from generations of his family and his mother, where home was always full of fresh produce and sourcing the finest ingredients. Pietro has also spent time working with Michelin Star Giorgio Locatelli before opening San Pietro. Pietro’s passion drives the restaurant and team and his visions become reality working alongside Chris Grist x 2 star Michelin Chef from Winteringham Fields who heads the kitchen team, with extensive skills and expertise trained for 16 years under Germain Schwab. Together Pietro and Chris create dishes with the heart of Italy, the Mediterranean and the finesse of France.
